“Solace” Polish Hill River Riesling 2025

Pale green in colour.

Bright, fresh aromas of Tahitian lime, grapefruit and a very subtle hint of mandarin. Also has flecks of slatey/stoniness showing through typical of young Polish Hill Riesling. The palate while crisp and dry has a lovely soft, fleshy aspect to it. It’s all lime and slate here!

Another terrific wine from this special block. The only downside is the volume… but I am very grateful to have anything as it looked like there was going to be nothing. Those that choose to keep for 7 to 10+ years will be rewarded.

10.6% alc/vol; 8.5g/L TA; 2.83 pH; 5.9 g/L Res Sugars
