The Limefinger “The Learnings” Watervale Riesling comes from the St Clare Gardens Honey Block located in Watervale, Clare Valley.

Brilliant and pale green in appearance with a lovely display of youthful Riesling aromatics including lime, lemon and a little fresh cut green apple.

The palate is equally fresh/bright with the up-front lime/lemon fruit wrapped around a core of bright citrus-like acidity. Some gentle talc-like texture ensures the wine finishes long and pleasingly dry.

The Limefinger “The Learnings” Watervale Riesling offers terrific up-front drinking as a fresh, young wine but will also age very gracefully.
