“The Learnings” Watervale Riesling 2023

Brilliant pale green colour.

Bright, fresh aromas of lemon, kaffir lime and magnolia flowers along with a little flintiness. You might also throw in a splash of tropical fruit as well.

The palate is chock-full of citrus and tropicals that provide an intensely flavoured core of fruit that  lingers for ages until the talc-like texture and bright acidity kicks in at the end to provide a clean, dry finish.

Another lovely wine from this terrific site just to the North of the Watervale township. Drink while young and fresh or keep for 5-7 years.
