“Learnings” Watervale Riesling 2026

Brilliant pale green.

Primary aromas of lime and lemongrass with hints of bath powder and perfume. Very clean
and bright. Maybe just a hint of tropical fruit as well. Classic Watervale notes.

The palate is fresh and juicy with well balanced acidity and has a stony/talcy firmness that
adds length and drive to the wine. Finishes long and dry.

Classic Watervale Riesling from a high quality year. Drink while fresh and young or hide it
away in a cool, dark place for 5-7 years to develop some complexity.

11.0% Alc/Vol; pH 2.91; 8.0 g/L TA; 2.5 g/L Res Sweetness
