Very pale green.
Fresh aromas of lime and grapefruit with some magnolia flower perfume also evident. You might also throw in a little splash of tropical fruit as well.
The palate is chock-full of the citrus fruit mentioned above and the tropical fruit is there in the mix too – the lavours lingering for ages until talc-like textures and crisp acidity kicks in at the end to provide a clean, dry finish.
Another lovely wine from this terrific site just to the North of the Watervale township. Drink while young and fresh or keep for 5-7 years.
