When using this website you should acknowledge and understand those terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.

Age Restriction

Under Australian law it is an offence to purchase alcoholic beverages if you are under the age of 18 years. It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to someone who is not 18 years of age. Only persons who are over the age of 18 years may subscribe to or purchase liquor from this website.

Online Sales

Purchasing wine via our secure on-line ordering system is the easiest way of purchasing  wine direct from us. Use our secure online payment facilities and we will endeavour to process and deliver your order in the shortest possible time. Delivery to capital cities is is usually between 4-7 business days, but please allow 7-10 days for regional area deliveries. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. We regret that we do not process international sales at this stage.

Refunds

Please contact us if there any breakages or damage that has occurred during transit. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase for us to be able to complete a return of the goods. We will replace any damaged, incorrect or defective products. However, we will not offer a refund or exchange to any claim if the wine is not returned within 30 days of delivery.
