Limefinger is the “retirement” project of long-time Clare Valley winemaker Neil Pike. A tongue in cheek nickname coined by Gary Walsh of Winefront, the name Limefinger refers to Neil’s deft touch with Clare’s most famous variety as much as it does the citrus-like nuances that the region’s best Rieslings display.

“Grosset gets so many accolades as a Riesling Master, but Neil Pike is the man for me. Limefinger, he’s the man, the man with the Midas touch.”
– Gary Walsh, Winefront
