“After more than 40 vintages of Clare Valley Riesling one learns things along the way. It is a privilege to apply those learnings to premium quality, single vineyard parcels of fruit.” – Neil Pike
Appearance: Brilliant, pale green;
Aroma: Gentle aromas of kaffir lime, lemon and green apple with just a touch of flint.
Palate: Fresh up-front lime/lemon flavours wrapped around a core of bright citrus acidity. A subtle talc-like texture adds interest and ensures the wine finishes long and dry.
Summary: Will provide delicious early drinking for those who like crisp, young rieslings and should age gracefully with 5-7 years in the cellar.
